Please use “Plugins” tab:
(Main menu: Settings | Plugins).

Will it eventually show up in the plugin manager in the community edition? I don’t see it there now…
That is strange.
It was available for a couple of hours.
I have checked it again and you are right it is again missing.
I will try to clarify it with JetBreains Plugins Admin ASAP.
Thank you for the info.
This is quite a nice plugin – I’m testing it out in the C.E. and it works fine at the moment. Although a big plus would be if you could import checkstyle xml files.
Currently we use checkstyle/findbugs/pmd in conjunction with eclipse developers, as a maven report tool and using sonar (a code quality tool) – so we have xml config files we use in all cases. Having to manually configure each check in intellij to match the checks the other tools use could at some point become a bit challenging.
Bruce thank you for that information.
We have thought about it and it is even on our roadmap.
We will deliver that functionality in version 0.7
